Day of Unity is a really awesome event that I will be hosting several of in the coming months. The trainings will begin at 9am and end at 5pm for each event. Here is a list of the events which I will be presenting: Philadelphia, Orlando, Atlanta. There are possibly more to come, so keep an eye on this page. The presentations will focus on 2D game development with Unity 4 and porting to Windows. I’ll post articles after each event to hopefully summarize some of what happened. What you need to bring with you:
A PC running Windows 8 or 8.1 with Visual Studio 2012 or 2013 and Unity 4.3.3+ installed. Building for Windows Phone also requires the Windows Phone 8 SDK.
For Mac users, we will provide Windows QuickStart kits (which will run Windows 8 pro on your Mac OSX via Parallels Desktop 9).
*Windows and Windows Phone devices will be available for testing.
